How it works:
The Mips Integra Split system is integrated into the energy-absorbing liner. By splitting the liner into three separate parts and adding a low-friction surface between the movable layers, the system can move to help reduce rotational motion to the head in certain angled impacts. Flexible fixations allow for controlled movement of the parts.
Where it’s used:
The design of the Mips Integra Split provides seamless integration, a comfortable fit and gives designers freedom to incorporate greater ventilation in the helmet. The system provides omnidirectional movement for helmets with ample EPS coverage.
