As a Trade Marketing Manager at Mips, you will work with creating both digital and physical store experiences, to make our customers and resellers drive sales. Since the Mips technology is integrated into other brands, you will collaborate with these, together with the rest of the marketing team.

As part of our implementation team, you’ll work alongside 12 engineers and 4 project managers to implement Mips products in helmets for some of the world’s largest helmet manufacturers. With multiple ongoing customer projects, you’ll play a vital role in the design and construction of Mips rotational protection. Join us in tackling challenging technical issues and shaping the future of helmet safety.

As a member of our implementation team, you’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and some of the world’s largest helmet manufacturers to implement Mips products. You’ll be working with international customers, as well as Mips’ sales department and China office, to plan and oversee projects. As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the planning and execution of projects, without any personnel responsibilities. Join us in driving innovation and shaping the future of helmet safety.

As a Sustainability Analyst at Mips, you’ll play a key role in shaping our long-term sustainability goals. You’ll work on creating and executing sub-goals, developing projects and activities, and conducting climate reporting, as well as collecting, structuring, and analyzing data. Along with sustainability, you’ll also handle other Supply chain-related tasks. Join us in driving impactful change and making a difference in the world.

You will support Mips long-term ambition to take the lead in helmet safety by driving and implementing projects and research with a focus on biomechanics and protective systems for head injuries. You will work as an expert in this field and lead research projects internally as well as collaborate with external partners such as universities and other similar actors.
