Marion Haerty

Marion Haerty lives in Passy, just below Chamonix, France. She is the snowboard Freeride World Champion 2017, 2019, 2020 & 2022 and very passionate about action sports in general but snowboarding is her main activity since she was a child. For several years, she expressed herself in the snowparks, participating in the World Cup circuit in Slopestyle.

From Alaska to Japan, Marion is currently on the hunt for the best slopes to ride. She travels the globe to take on various projects or participate in competitions such as the Freeride World Tour and the Natural Selection. Marion is driven by the desire to explore new horizons, immerse herself in different cultures, push her own limits, and discover both herself and others.

Freeriding enables her to connect with the mountain and gain a deeper understanding of the elements that surround it. She relishes going off the beaten path and always seeks out the feeling of liberation that comes with it. Snowboarding provides her with an infinite source of creativity to fuel her next adventures.

The new Natural Selection Tour circuit gives Marion the chance to showcase her skills in the backcountry. She’s off to a fantastic start with 2nd and 3rd place finishes at the Jackson Hole events in 2021 and 2022. Marion’s next adventure is already underway.
